Went to the Dr Christian Alvarez at CPC a few days ago for a strain in my abdomen. He diagnosed that I did indeed strain the muscles in my abdomen and that it was most likely caused by a tight groin and Hip Flexor.
I’m now on a program to get that area all loosened up and working properly. Good news is that it does not really affect my running and I’m able to keep my volume up.
Should be free from pain in 2-3 weeks and starting to get my flexibility issues fixed in the following couple weeks. I’d like to be in prime shape for Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half Marathon on Dec 5th!
